Lotusmiles Program Terms

Lotusmiles miles are earned at a rate of 3 miles per US$1 spent on the cruise fare only

Port expenses, government taxes, gratuities, onboard spend, and shore excursion costs are excluded from earning Lotusmiles miles.

The first and last name entered on the booking of the lead passenger must match that of the Lotusmiles member number for miles to be credited.

Only one Lotusmiles member per booking will earn Lotusmiles miles.

Providing Lotusmiles member numberis mandatory to earn miles and must be provided to the reservations team at the time of enquiry & booking.

Earned Lotusmiles mileswill be credited to your Lotusmiles account approximately within 4 weeks of the successful completion of your cruise.

This offer cannot be combined with any other promotions.

In case of any issues regarding Lotusmiles miles, members are requested to contact the Vietnam Airlines Lotusmiles Contact Center.

Lotusmiles terms and conditionswill prevail for the process of crediting Lotusmiles miles.

Lotusmiles powered by iCruise will handle your personal information in accordance with its privacy policy. Vietnam Airlines will handle your personal information in accordance with its privacy policy.

Lotusmiles powered by iCruise retains the authority to communicate with you regarding bookings made through its program. Vietnam Airlines has no authority over Lotusmiles powered by iCruise and cannot mandate your booking decisions. Additionally, Vietnam Airlines will not be involved in any bookings made through Lotusmiles powered by iCruise.

Lotusmiles powered by iCruise and Vietnam Airlines reserve the right to change or withdraw this offer at any time.
